Telespazio invites applications for a Service Management Specialist to join the Digital Solutions – Service Management team in Rome. The role focuses on ITSM governance, incident and change management, and coordinating digital transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in IT Project or Process Management, strong stakeholder communication, and fluency in English (C1).

• Experience with ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).

Within theDigital Solutions – Service Management team, we are looking for a Service Management Specialist with experience in Project Management, Process analysis, IT Service Management and the management of Digital transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows
• Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units
• Design and optimize workflows and business processes, with a focus on information flows and data quality
• Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting, operational materials)
• Coordinate project activities, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring and interaction with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with technical teams (infrastructure, security, workplace) to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processes

Role Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams
• Problem‑solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientation
• Experience working in multi‑team and multidisciplinary environments
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level)

How Does the Recruitment Process Work?
