Leonardo Space Division via Telespazio is seeking a Service Management Specialist to drive ITSM governance and optimize operational workflows across business units. The role, based in IT Roma with hybrid working, requires 3–5 years in IT project or process management, experience with Agile/Waterfall, and strong stakeholder engagement with fluent English.

Within the Digital Solutions - Service Management team, we are looking for a resource to take on the role of Service Management Specialist, with experience in Project Management, process analysis, IT Service Management, and the management of digital transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows
• Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units
• Design and optimize workflows and business processes, with a focus on information flows and data quality
• Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting, operational materials)
• Coordinate project activities, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and interaction with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with technical teams (infrastructure, security, workplace) to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processes

Role Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management, or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management)
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams
• Problem-solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientation
• Experience working in multi-team and multidisciplinary environments

• Strong problem-solving abilities and priority-management skills
• Team-oriented approach and ability to perform under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level)
