Reverse is undergoing a significant digital and technological transformation, seeking an IT Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead strategic IT initiatives and serve as a functional reference for business teams.

The first major mission is the replatforming of a key business application, spanning requirements, testing, deployment and user adoption over 1–2 years, after which the expert will support continued evolution to maximize business value.

Our client is an international company operating in the beauty and retail sector, currently undergoing a significant digital and technological transformation.

The organization is evolving its business model and IT landscape to improve performance, scalability, and system integration.

We are looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER & BUSINESS ANALYST who will play a key role at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to strategic IT projects and acting as a functional reference for business teams.

The first major mission will be the replatforming of a key business application, a strategic project expected to last approximately 1–2 years. The successful candidate will be involved throughout the entire process, from gathering and formalizing business requirements to testing, deployment, and user adoption. Following the implementation, the person will become the key application expert, supporting its continuous evolution in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects end to end, from business requirements and functional design through development, testing, deployment, and implementation.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business needs and translating them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, monitoring progress, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of software solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Define and coordinate functional testing, acceptance activities, and data migration.
• Support the deployment of new applications and the evolution of existing solutions.
• Provide functional support to users and contribute to training and change management activities.
• Ensure the consistency of solutions with business processes and requirements.
• Become the functional expert for the new platform, supporting its continuous improvement and maximizing its value for the business.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis within structured organizations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise information systems and business processes.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and functional modelling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of the Social Selling sector and its trends is considered a strong plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility, precision, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and complex projects.

Location: Milan Area (Origgio)

Salary range: 50.000-65.000€
