BSI Software in Europe seeks a senior project leader to drive customer projects to success, owning budgets, timelines and risks from planning to delivery. You will coordinate customers, partners and internal teams across agile and traditional environments.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and several years of leading software implementations; you will facilitate workshops, manage scope and RFPs, and contribute to digital transformation with innovative

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years).
• Proven experience with software implementations and project management methodologies in both agile and traditional environments.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to make decisions independently.

• End-to-end ownership of customer projects and product implementations, from planning through successful delivery and acceptance
• Management of project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using established project management methodologies
• Ensuring structured project execution, including effective change request management
• Proactive stakeholder management and communication with customers, partners, and internal teams at all levels
• Facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and guiding decision-making processes
• Developing and implementing sustainable solutions to project-related challenges
• Selecting, onboarding, managing, and developing implementation partners
• Supporting the sales organization with RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years)
• Proven experience with software implementations and project management methodologies in both agile and traditional environments
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to make decisions independently
• Passion for modern software solutions and digital transformation
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
