OverIT is seeking a Project Manager within its Dassac? environment to lead international IT/SaaS projects. The role focuses on planning, leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and quality control across the project lifecycle.

The candidate should be fluent in German and English, with experience in SaaS or system integration and a consulting mindset. Travel within the DACH region is required, with location-flexible smart working across Italy.

Competenze

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Project management experience in IT/SaaS environments or similar.
• Consulting mindset with customer-facing background.
• Experience handling international projects across functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interface with customers.
• Willingness to gather requirements, estimate effort, and draft SOWs.
