Intercos Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Industrial Applications to lead the implementation, evolution and maintenance of IT solutions across Operations worldwide. The role coordinates project plans, delivery and development through the full lifecycle, closely with business and technology teams.

The PM will shape digital transformation within the Smart Factory program, contributing to manufacturing process evolution and global IT governance across Intercos sites.

Competenze

• Degree in IT, CS or Engineering.
• 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in Digital Transformation / Smart Factory initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex international projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent PM, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, resilient and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.

• Provide guidance on project management activities including planning and risk management.
• Coordinate functional and technical analysis activities.
• Oversee IT solutions for Operations and Manufacturing.
• Deliver user training, change management and IT documentation.
