Intercos Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Industrial Applications to oversee the implementation, evolution and maintenance of IT solutions supporting Operations worldwide.

You will coordinate project plans, the delivery of solutions and their development through the entire lifecycle, working with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive digital transformation within the Smart Factory program.

Competenze

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in Operations/Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in Digital Transformation / Smart Factory initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex international projects and partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for Industrial Applications who will be responsible for the implementation, evolution and maintenance of the IT solutions supporting Operations across all Intercos sites worldwide.

The role will coordinate the definition of project plans, the delivery of solutions and their development throughout the entire application lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.

The IT Project Manager will also play a key role in shaping the future of digital transformation within the Smart Factory program, contributing to the evolution of manufacturing processes and technologies across the Group.

Activities:

• Provide guidance and leadership on project management activities, including planning, progress monitoring, risk management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and support functional and technical analysis activities.
• Coordinate the implementation and delivery of IT solutions supporting Operations and Manufacturing.
• Manage and deliver user training, change management activities and IT documentation.
• Coordinate application support activities, acting as a bridge between business functions and technical support teams.
• Coordinate external partners and resources, ensuring effective planning, delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements and drive solutions that create tangible business value.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the Operations and Smart Factory roadmap.
• Support the continuous evolution and improvement of industrial applications throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in IT Project Management, ideally within Operations/Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in Digital Transformation / Smart Factory initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex international projects, stakeholders, teams and external partners.
• Strong project management, organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, resilient and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
