Proactive Global is seeking a Project Manager to join its client’s growing PMO team. You will report to the Director of Project Management and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of critical industrial projects supporting the Gigafactory launch and scale-up.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and operations while managing scope, timelines, and budgets. Strong communication with stakeholders and risk mitigation are essential to succeed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience (3-7 years) as a Project Manager in an industrial, energy, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Confluence).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Italian proficiency - nice to have.
