Intercos Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Industrial Applications to oversee the implementation, evolution and maintenance of IT solutions supporting Operations worldwide.

You will coordinate project plans, the delivery of solutions and their development through the entire lifecycle, working with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive digital transformation within the Smart Factory program.

Competenze

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in Operations/Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in Digital Transformation / Smart Factory initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex international projects and partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Provide leadership on project management activities, including planning, progress monitoring, risk management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate functional and technical analysis activities.
• Lead IT solutions delivery supporting Operations and Manufacturing.
• Deliver user training, change management, and IT documentation.
• Coordinate external partners and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities with stakeholders and drive value-driven solutions.
