Amusnet is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join its IT Operations team in Italy. You will manage cross‑platform systems, automate tasks with PowerShell, and support employees both onsite and remotely.

The role offers exposure to premium hardware and software and a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT operations, experience with Windows/macOS/Linux, and proficiency with JumpCloud and Google Workspace, along with strong English and problem‑solving

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Experience with JumpCloud and Google Workspace.
• Ability to use PowerShell for automation.
• Proven hardware and software support experience onsite and remotely.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High initiative and responsibility in daily work.

Mansioni

• Maintain and configure Windows, macOS, and Linux systems and devices for stability and efficiency.
• Administer JumpCloud and Google Workspace – manage users, devices, access, and security policies.
• Participate in onboarding/offboarding – create/remove users, configure devices, provide resources.
• Assist employees with software/hardware issues on-site and remotely, troubleshooting as needed.
• Create PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to support IT needs and implement new solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
