You will collaborate closely with the ICT team to ensure optimal performance and support for various internal and customer projects.

Ideal candidates should possess extensive technical competencies across multiple areas including Windows OS administration and network devices management, with a focus on providing robust daily support and problem-solving capabilities.

Competenze

• 4+ years proven experience in ICT Operations.
• Experience in administering Microsoft Windows and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with network configurations and management.

Mansioni

• Support daily operations and maintenance of ICT systems.
• Manage specific projects related to infrastructure.
• Report to the Head of ICT Department as well as CIO.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd level ICT technical support
