MSC Cruises is seeking an IT Specialist – Inventory and Operations in Genova to manage IT assets, procurement, and inventory across our fleet. The role covers PO management, asset lifecycle, shipping/logistics coordination, and stock forecasting to support operational readiness.

You will maintain AMS records, conduct audits, and generate reports on asset condition and expenditure while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Travel to vessels is required.

Competenze

• Experience in IT asset management and lifecycle processes.
• Strong Excel skills including advanced functions.
• Proficiency in PowerBI for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience with budgeting or financial forecasting relevant to IT assets.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Mansioni

• Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Oversee PO management, asset tracking and deployment.
• Coordinate shipping, logistics, and on-board delivery of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate AMS records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Prepare reports on asset condition, inventory levels and expenditure.
