MSC Cruises is seeking an Electrical Specialist to support daily technical operations of the Electrical Department across our fleet. You will help manage asset management processes, coordinate training on asset systems, and ensure crews are equipped to operate them effectively.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and onboard cruise ship experience as a 3rd ETO or Electrical Engineer, with good English and MS Office skills. It is a full-time position based at Le Torri, Genoa.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Onboard cruise ship experience as 3rd ETO or Electrical Engineer or higher preferred.
• Good English language skills required; MS Office proficiency expected.

Mansioni

• Manage new item encoding requests from ship and office with Asset Management team.
• Manage new equipment encoding requests with Asset Management team.
• Support planning and execution of PMS with budget and approvals oversight.
• Prepare and dispatch reports on performance, maintenance, costs and quality.
• Coordinate Asset Management software training for crew and staff.
• Assist senior superintendents in approving requests during out-of-office periods.
