You will collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors, ensuring quality, schedules, security, and compliance across international projects in the cruise industry.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading complex projects in international contexts for scalable finance solutions.
• Proven experience with payment solutions and related platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and experience in dynamic, international environments.

Responsibilities

• Govern IT project delivery and governance for Payments services, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs and oversee end-to-end delivery from requirements to production release.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors to meet timelines and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and SOX/PCI/GDPR standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure for deployment and production support.
