Bvlgari, all'interno della Jewelry Business Unit con sede a Roma, è alla ricerca di un HJ Planner & Business Intelligence Specialist. Il ruolo si concentra su analisi, reporting e self-service BI, con responsabilità di sviluppo modelli dati e soluzioni di reporting per il monitoraggio e le decisioni aziendali.

Competenze

• Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria con focus su Supply Chain.
• 4–5 anni di esperienza in BI o analisi di business.
• Ottima conoscenza di Power BI e strumenti self-service per reporting.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese.

Mansioni

• Fornire analisi aziendali accurate e interpretazione dei dati.
• Progettare, costruire e mantenere dashboard e strumenti di monitoraggio.
• Sviluppare modelli di dati per reporting, con logica chiara e scalabilità.
• Riferire al Dipartimento delle analytics per soluzioni analitiche.
• Promuovere cooperazione e condivisione dati tra reparti.

Posizione

Bvlgari, within the Jewelry Business Unit based in Rome, is searching for an HJ Planner & Business Intelligence Specialist. The candidate will join the HJ Supply Chain Department focusing on analysis, reporting and self-service BI, acting as reference for the development of data models and reporting solutions supporting business monitoring and decision-making.

Responsabilità del lavoro

The candidate will be involved in the following main activities:

• Provide accurate business analysis and data interpretation, ensuring reliability and consistency of information
• Design, build and maintain dashboards, reporting sets and monitoring tools enabling self-service reporting
• Develop business data models for reporting, ensuring clear logic, usability and scalability
• Act as the Department's reporting and data modelling reference, translating business needs into analytical solutions
• Promote cooperation and data sharing across departments
• Support strategic planning presentations, collecting and validating qualitative and quantitative data
• Prepare documents and presentations for business reviews and specific management needs
• Improve reporting and visualization tools, acting with IT as key user for relevant applications
• Support reporting standards, data quality, and governance

Profilo

• University degree in Economics or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain as a plus
• 4-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Supply Chain analytics is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI and self-service reporting tools
• Aptitude to understand complex processes
• Knowledge of AI
• Knowledge of the luxury market is a plus
• Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner

Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 45.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Bulgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bulgari in Italy.
