Abylsen in Milan is seeking a Business Developer to lead the growth of the Milan agency, acting as an intrapreneur and building a client portfolio in the Industry sector.

You will recruit and develop a consulting team, manage profitability, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire top engineers; compensation includes fixed salary, bonuses, and benefits. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business School.
• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory).
• Strong track record in business development and client acquisition.

Mansioni

• Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector.
• Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings.
• Understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote Abylsen’s three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package).
• Recruit top consulting engineers with Talent Acquisition and conduct interviews.
