Job summary

Swisslog is seeking an Account Manager in Italy to proactively support and grow a portfolio of existing customers. You will represent Swisslog, identify new potential, and develop long-term relationships while negotiating offers and managing contracts.

Ideal candidates have a degree in automation/engineering, strong English and Italian, and experience in project-based solutions within intralogistics or automation environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in automation, engineering or related technical field.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in technical sales and project-based solutions.
• Knowledge of material handling hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop existing customers for the long term.
• Represent Swisslog and identify further potential to build new relationships.
• Analyze customer needs and translate into profitable offers and contracts.
• Follow up offers, negotiate, draft and review contracts through signing.
• Consult, plan and support modernization and expansion projects within the customer base.
