Job summary

Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. invites an Intern to join the Initiatives Department in Bologna, reporting to Supervisor Product Services.

The position is based in Bologna and begins in November 2026. You will bridge R&D and Manufacturing, help expand the product portfolio, develop new product and equipment design, and support project management for launches while organizing sample shipments.

• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong English and Italian language skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Your Role

As an Intern you will be part of our Initiatives Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Supervisor Product Services. The position will be based in Bologna.

In this role you will act as a bridge between R&D and Manufacturing, contributing to expanding the existing product portfolio and developing new product and equipment design.

What You’ll Do

• Support the team monitoring material delivery;
• Support the team approving digital documents prior to commercial production;
• Support the team in the Project Management involving new products to be launched;
• Organize samples shipment.

Skills & Capabilities

• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
• Literacy in Office Suite;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.

• For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
