Philip Morris Italia cerca un laureando/intern per il Dipartimento di Technology Verification presso Bologna. Il tirocinio, della durata di 6 mesi, è a tempo pieno e avrà sede a Bologna, riportando all Innovation Manager.

Il ruolo guida l’implementazione di nuovi prodotti nello stabilimento, collaborando con team interfunzionali per analizzare dati e definire piani di test data-driven, documentazione e deployment.

Qualificações

• Laurea in Ingegneria Industriale, Chimica o dei Materiali o titolo equivalente.
• Conoscenza di analisi statistica.
• Ottime doti comunicative e di lavoro in team.
• Fluenza in inglese e italiano è obbligatoria e sarà testata.

Responsabilidades

• Comprendere obiettivi di progetto, portata e requisiti degli stakeholder.
• Analizzare dati di prototipi e qualifiche, individuare correlazioni tra input e output.
• Monitorare avanzamento progetto e comunicare risultati e raccomandazioni agli stakeholder.
• Raccogliere, organizzare e mantenere documentazione di qualificazione, validazione e messa in produzione.

Your Role

As an Intern you will be part of our Technology Verification Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to our Innovation Manager. The position will be based in Bologna. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Product Services team, spearheading the implementation of new products within the Factory.

What You'll Do

• Understand project objectives, scope, and stakeholder requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Analyze prototype and qualification data, identify key correlations between process inputs and outputs, and support the development of data-driven test plans.
• Monitor project progress and communicate key findings, achievements, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, and maintain qualification, validation, and deployment documentation across projects.

Skills & Capabilities

• Degree in Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering or related fields;
• Knowledge of statystical analysis;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
