Job summary

Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. invites an Intern to join the Initiatives Department in Bologna, reporting to Supervisor Product Services.

The position is based in Bologna and begins in November 2026. You will bridge R&D and Manufacturing, help expand the product portfolio, develop new product and equipment design, and support project management for launches while organizing sample shipments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong English and Italian language skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the team monitoring material delivery.
• Assist in approving digital documents prior to production.
• Support the team in project management for new product launches.
• Organize samples shipments.
