Job summary

Philip Morris Italia in Rome is offering an internship within Operations CS reporting to Manager Ecommerce Process & Service Delivery B2C. You will join the team supporting subject matter experts in delivering business requirements, executing/documenting tests (on processes and systems) and run retrospective sessions.

• Management of Direct purchases for Brand Retail (events, visual merchandising, fair & events).
• Support ecommerce operational activities such as customer orders, stock management, last mile deliveries and payments.

Your Role
