Adesso Italia, an automotive company based in Milan, is seeking an Internship HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources team and assist the HR Business Partner Manager in managing the full employee life cycle.

You will learn by collaborating with your tutor to support HR processes from recruitment to performance, training and mobility, and you will contribute to data-driven people analytics and the global employee life cycle.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics/law/philosophy (or equivalent)
• Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills

Mansioni

• Assist the HR Business Partner Manager in managing the employee life cycle
• Involvement in HR key processes (salary review, budget, workforce planning, training, performance, organizational management)
• Support full life cycle recruitment and international mobility development
• Support data-driven analysis of HR topics

You will join the Human Resources team, supporting the HR Business Partner Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle of different functions at global level.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in supporting the Line to facilitate people life cycle management; precisely:

• Involvement in all HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management);
• Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;
• Development/international mobility career path – training plans;
• Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
• Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;
• Fluency in English and good communication skills.
