Pirelli is seeking a proactive HR intern to join our team at the Milano headquarters, supporting the HR Business Partner Manager in managing the full employee lifecycle across functions globally.
You will learn through hands-on collaboration on core HR processes, recruitment support, and development initiatives, with strong emphasis on analytics, reporting, and cross-functional teamwork.
Competenze
- Master's degree in economics, law, or philosophy; HR master is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; proactive and collaborative.
Mansioni
- Assist HR Business Partner in managing employee life cycle across functions.
- Support salary reviews, workforce planning, training management and performance processes.
- Contribute to recruitment onboarding, candidate management and new hire integration.
- Prepare reports and data analyses on HR topics to monitor trends.
