HPE Group in Modena is seeking an HR Recruiting Intern to support end-to-end recruitment across the group, with a focus on junior Engineering and Manufacturing profiles.

You will work with the Talent Acquisition team, help build relationships with universities and technical institutes, and assist in Career Days and Employer Branding initiatives.

This on-site internship offers practical training in recruitment processes, candidate screening, and collaboration with Hiring Managers.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Humanities, Psychology, Economics or a scientific discipline required.
• Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; good data analysis skills.
• Good command of the English language.

Position

As an HR Recruiting Intern, you will receive on-the-job training and actively support recruitment activities across all the companies within the Group, with a primary focus on junior Engineering and Manufacturing profiles.

Working alongside the HR Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting Talent Attraction and Employer Branding initiatives. You will also assist in maintaining relationships with universities, technical institutes, high schools and other educational institutions.
