Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Bollate is seeking a motivated HR assistant to support the Plant HR Manager and oversee the employee life cycle. You will help with recruitment, administration, and data-driven HR tasks, contributing to efficient people management and process improvement.

The role requires a degree in humanities or economics, strong communication, and analytical mindset, plus fluency in Italian and basic English. A proactive learner mindset is valued.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Human Resources team, supporting the Plant HR Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

You will collaborate with your tutor in supporting all HR related activities in the factory in particular:

• Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;
• Personnel administration,
• Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

• Degree in humanities or economic disciplines,
• Good relational and communication skills,
• Proactivity, curiosity & learning mindset,
• Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on results,
• Fluent Italian, basic English knowledge.
