Pirelli sta offrendo uno stage HR Business Partner con supporto al ciclo di vita dei dipendenti a livello globale. L'opportunità permette di lavorare a stretto contatto con il team HR nella sede centrale e di contribuire a progetti internazionali.

Durante lo stage, collaborerai con un tutor per gestire processi HR chiave, reclutamento, formazione e analisi dati, sviluppando piani di carriera e mobilità interna. Richieste buone capacità comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.

Competenze

• Hanno una laurea magistrale in economia/diritto/filosofia; preferibile master HR.
• Passione per lo sviluppo delle persone, design organizzativo e analisi.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e organizzazione.
• Proattività e approccio collaborativo.

Mansioni

• Gestire processi HR chiave: salary review, budgeting, workforce planning, training management, performance e organizational management.
• Reclutamento e onboarding lungo tutto il ciclo, supporto descrizioni lavoro, gestione candidati, interviste, integrazione.
• Implementare iniziative di sviluppo: piani formazione, percorsi di carriera, mobilità interna e engagement.
• Preparare report, presentazioni e analisi dati su temi HR.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Human Resources team in our Head Quarter, supporting the HR Business Partner Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle of different functions at global level.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in managing key people processes across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on:

• HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management);
• Full life cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting job description drafting, candidate management, interview coordination and new hire integration.
• Implementation of people development initiatives, including training plans, career paths, internal mobility and engagement activities.
• Preparing reports, presentations and data analysis on HR topics, helping the team monitor trends, needs and key people-related indicators.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
• Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.
