Pirelli in Milano is seeking a graduating student or recent graduate to join the production team as an intern. You will support your tutor in analyzing manufacturing processes and reporting KPIs.

This role offers exposure to international operations, an opportunity to develop in economics/engineering, and hands-on experience with planning and logistics, with English and Italian communication required.

Competenze

• Candidate must be a graduating student or recent graduate in economy or management engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian (C1).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Support the production team and assist the tutor in daily activities.
• Produce reports to summarize KPIs from manufacturing data.
• Operationally support production planning and logistics.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

The candidate will work within the production team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

• Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.


• Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.


• Operationally support production and monitor its planning and logistics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Graduating student or recent graduate in economy or management engineering


• Soft Skills: Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (C1), ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Technical skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
