Pirelli, a global leader in tire technology, invites you to join the Internship - R&D Bollate Plant to contribute to tire component analysis and data-driven improvement.

You will work under the supervision of a tutor in the R&D team, producing KPI reports from production data, and assisting with technical documentation and testing results. Fluent English and a proactive mindset are essential; this is an on-site international training opportunity.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• Proactive, adaptable with interest in manufacturing data.

Mansioni

• Assist R&D team with component analyses in tire manufacturing.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

The candidate will work within the R&D team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

• Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.
• Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.
• Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics.

• Soft Skills : Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English. An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques, a preference for data-driven decision making.

• Hard skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CAD software. Basic skills in Python are appreciated.
