Pirelli, Bollate plant, is seeking an HR professional to support the Plant HR Manager in managing the full employee life cycle.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in humanities or economics, Fluent Italian with basic English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for data-driven HR analysis and decision support.

You will join the Human Resources team, supporting the Plant HR Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Training Management,
• Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;
• Personnel administration,
• Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

• Degree in humanities or economic disciplines,
• Good relational and communication skills,
• Proactivity, curiosity & learning mindset,
• Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on results,
• Fluent Italian, basic English knowledge.
