Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Milan invites recent graduates in financial economics or management engineering to join its Finance team as a six-month curricular/extracurricular internship. You will gain hands-on exposure to CAPEX, tax processes, reconciliations and closing, with access to the Finance Academy and language learning tools, and you'll build internal networks across the organization.

Monthly €1,000 reimbursement and access to the company canteen, plus wellbeing and development

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Agile and adaptable mindset, ready for different challenges.

• Hands-on experience across a variety of Finance processes, including investment (CAPEX) management, tax-related activities, account reconciliations and period-end closing activities.
• Gain practical experience in Financial Accounting & Controlling, while broadening your understanding of the wider Finance organization and its business partnering activities.
• Access to our Finance Academy and professional development tools, including the language learning platform.
• A chance to build strong internal networks and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent team working, collaboration, and communication skills.
• An agile and adaptable mindset, ready to take on different challenges and company needs.
