Boehringer Ingelheim in Milan invites recent graduates to join the Finance team for hands-on experience across core processes, including CAPEX, tax activities, reconciliations and period-end closing. This internship offers exposure to Financial Accounting and Controlling, plus collaboration with partners across the organization.

You will access the Finance Academy and language learning tools, building networks and developing your professional path in a global pharmaceutical company.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent team working, collaboration, and communication skills.
• An agile and adaptable mindset, ready to take on different challenges and company needs.
• A proactive attitude towards finding and proposing solutions for challenges and changes.

THE INTERNSHIP
