Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a Corporate Finance - Debt Advisory Intern to join the Debt Advisory team. Recent graduates will support clients on financing operations and restructuring projects under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

The internship offers exposure to reorganisation operations, bond issues, and debt structuring, with a path toward permanent recruitment. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are required; willingness to travel within Italy is expected.

The selected candidates, included in the Debt Advisory team and flanked by more experienced colleagues, will support clients in activities such as:

• Reorganisation operations of the financial structure
• Bond issues (‘private placement’ and ‘minibonds’)
• Structuring instruments for raising debt capital, debt restructuring and subsidised finance.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in economics or management engineering (preferably with studies in the field of finance and financial markets)
• Strong motivation for consultancy activities and for Corporate Finance
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging environment
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.

A willingness to travel within Italy completes the profile.

The internship is aimed at subsequent recruitment.
