OverIT, a leading global SaaS provider of Field Service Management, seeks a Project Manager to lead IT projects across Europe and North America. You will define objectives, drive roadmaps, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Fluency in German and English is essential, with experience in SaaS or system integrators and knowledge of Agile/Waterfall. Travel within the DACH region is expected; strong consulting capabilities are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in IT project management, ideally SaaS or system integrators.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience consulting or customer-facing software industry.
• Interest in international cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel in the DACH region.
• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Project Planning & Execution: Define objectives, scopes, and deliverables; contribute to roadmaps and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Direct project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and guide the team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contact; manage expectations and communicate across phases.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and support mitigation plans.
• Quality Management: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through audits and improvements.
• Project Delivery & Closure: Complete projects with final reporting and lessons learned.
• Client Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams to align on requirements and opportunities.
