Allianz Technology is seeking an IT Account Manager who will manage end-to-end AGN service lifecycle and act as the main interface between Allianz Technology and operating entities across Europe. The role requires fluency in English and German, and a technical background in enterprise IT network infrastructure, with travel for international assignments.

You will own customer relationships, coordinate with global squads, drive service KPIs, and support risk, incident, and problem management,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• Enterprise IT network infrastructure background.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Reliable with high precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end management of the AGN service lifecycle.
• Own customer relationships with key OE stakeholders.
• Address customer requirements and escalations with AGN squads.
• Manage official customer communications on behalf of AGN.
• Coordinate with global AGN squads and manage KPIs/SLAs.
• Support risk, incident and problem management.
