LHH, a prestigious international company, is seeking an International HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals across multicultural environments. The role covers talent management, organizational development, and employee relations to support growth and engagement.

You will lead workforce planning, analytics, and KPI reporting while partnering with leaders to drive change and ensure consistent compensation practices in international teams.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience in international organizations.
• Proven HRBP experience in complex, multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Experience in HR analytics and KPI reporting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

an International HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with business leaders to understand organizational needs and define HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Managing the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Supporting managers in employee relations matters and fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Leading and implementing organizational development projects to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Driving talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, coaching, and retention programs.
• Analyzing HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with international HR teams to ensure consistency in organizational design, compensation practices, and workforce planning.

Your Profile

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources roles within international organizations.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in complex and multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Experience in HR analytics and KPI reporting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation package and organizational level will be defined according to experience.

CCNL Metalmeccanico, liv. B3 or Quadro

Indicative salary range: EUR 55,000 - EUR 65,000 gross annual salary, plus benefits.
