Job summary

Franke seeks a Customer Quality Engineer for Fabriano, Italy, to manage customer quality and reduce defect costs. Based in Fabriano (AN), you will report to the Head of Quality Hoods and work across projects to ensure contractual quality is met.

Responsibilities include audits, corrective actions, and interface management with customers, with a focus on continuous improvement and flawless project delivery. English fluency and travel availability are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial environments in similar quality roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Goal oriented with good organizational and planning skills.
• High analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proactive with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis tools: 8D, 5Ws, Ishikawa, Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and statistical tools.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Willingness to travel abroad extensively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer quality requirements are met across project phases.
• Promote continuous improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Interface with customers for quality aspects and audits.
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction on projects.
• Conduct internal and external audits on projects.
• Implement corrective action plans based on quality results.
• Analyse non-conformities and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate closure of non-conformities with quality teams.
• Demonstrate fulfillment of customer quality requirements to customers and cert bodies.
• Oversee quality throughout the project lifecycle from bidding to end of service.
