Job summary

Elica Spa in Fabriano, Italy, seeks an experienced Customer Quality & Product Audit Manager to lead the Customer Quality department, drive product excellence from development onward, and foster a continuous improvement mindset across manufacturing and R&D.

You will coordinate quality engineers, manage end-to-end customer complaints, monitor critical KPIs, and support DFMEA, PFMEA, and OEM quality standards while developing teams under the Metalmeccanico Industria CCNL.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or similar required.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar quality role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, SPC, PDCA).
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and data reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork.
• Proven ability to manage customer quality and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Customer Quality Engineers and manage customer audits.
• Lead regular review meetings with customers on quality topics.
• Oversee end-to-end customer complaints (8D, containment, root cause).
• Monitor KPIs (PPM, warranty costs, service calls) and scorecards.
• Prepare monthly quality reports for Top Management.
• Drive corrective actions with AME/R&D to improve quality.
• Support R&D to ensure OEM quality standards and CTQ definitions.
• Organize product audit activities across sites.
• Oversee user testing during pre-series development.
