Franke is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer based in Fabriano (AN), Italy, reporting to the Head of Quality Hoods. You will manage customer quality requirements, drive improvements, and coordinate audits to reduce defects and non-quality costs across project lifecycles.

The role requires a engineering degree, 2–3 years in similar quality roles, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel. Competitive salary and CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria terms apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial environments on similar quality roles.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Goal oriented with good organizational and planning skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with proactive communication.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 standards.

• Ensure customer quality requirements are met across all project phases.
• Lead internal/external quality audits on projects and drive corrective actions.
• Interface with customers on quality aspects and manage expectations.
• Analyze non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional closure of non-conformities with Quality units.
• Demonstrate fulfilment of customer quality requirements to clients and certification bodies.
