China Mobile International Limited is seeking a network engineer to support project delivery to customers, guaranteeing timely completion within budget and handling post-sales ICT services. You will perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including routers and switches, and diagnose hardware/software issues to minimize downtime.
Ideal candidates have a strong IP network design background, ITIL/CCIE is a plus, and fluent Italian and English.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IP network design, routing and switching, WAN/LAN, security.
- Fluent Italian and English; able to work across global teams.
- ITIL or CCIE certificate is an advantage.
Mansioni
- Deliver projects to customers on time and within budget.
- Post-sales ICT service and manage customer issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with internal teams in Europe for order activation and testing.
- Provide regular project updates to customers.
