Baker Hughes offers an Internship Program for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates. You will gain hands-on experience in plant process simulation for LNG, geothermal, and heat pump projects, using ML/AI-enhanced approaches and leading software tools.

You will be supported by a buddy and a manager, receive coaching and mentoring, and be immersed in Baker Hughes' HS&E culture while collaborating with cross-functional teams on design and optimization tasks.

Competenze

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/STEM or recent graduate.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent, with focus on thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, process, numerical methods or control systems.
• Strong interest in tools development, MATLAB/Simulink, Aspen Hysys, Unisim or similar plant modelling tools, and basic programming (e.g., Python).

Mansioni

• Explore and test ROM generation and usage with ASPEN Hysys, ANSYS Twin Builder, COMSOL.
• Support digital development programs for plant design and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineers and interns to meet project goals and resolve technical issues.
• Network with global teams and leaders to share results.
• Learn and apply software to support project tasks.
• Document experiments and prepare reports and documentation.
