Baker Hughes offers an Internship Program designed for students pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees or recent graduates to gain hands-on work experience. You will receive coaching, mentoring, and buddy support to help you complete assignments and projects while you learn about HS&E and the company culture.

As an Intern, you will collaborate with international teams, learn how various functions operate, and contribute to engineering governance initiatives.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
• Have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Have a basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics principles.
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
• Be legally entitled to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

• Collaborating with international teams and engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Gaining exposure to business processes and understanding how different functions operate within the company.
• Working closely with Governance, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Team Leaders to support engineering governance initiatives.
• Supporting the creation, maintenance, and improvement of key metrics to monitor engineering performance.
• Contributing to engineering outsourcing data analysis, including supplier performance evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Bringing fresh ideas on how to leverage digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence to remove process roadblocks, reduce manual activities, and improve engineering efficiency and quality.
