Baker Hughes in Italy is offering an Internship in the Plant Logistics team for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. You will gain hands-on experience across logistics data analysis, production planning interfaces, and material-flow management.

The program includes focused training, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement, with flexible working options where possible.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and data management applications.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Support packaging planning and coordination aligned with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to understand production and logistics interactions.
• Assist in collecting, monitoring, and analyzing logistics data for decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance logistics efficiency and processes.
• Support daily logistics activities and ensure smooth material flow within the plant.
