Baker Hughes invites students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recent graduates, to join its Internship Program in Italy. The role provides hands-on work experience, paired with mentoring and exposure to cross‑functional teams, HS&E practices, and performance insights.

Interns will assist in analytics, forecasting, reporting, and audits while developing skills in finance, operations, and commercial processes in a global energy technology company.

Competenze

• Enrollment or recent graduation in a Finance, Economics, Business, or related program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learning internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
