Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join an Internship Program in our Plant Logistics team, gaining hands-on experience in logistics operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will work with experienced professionals, receive coaching, and have opportunities to learn about HS&E culture while contributing to real projects that improve material flow and operational efficiency.

Competenze

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Mansioni

Support packaging planning and coordination activities aligned with operational requirements and stakeholder guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Production Planning, to understand production needs and logistics interactions.
Assist in collecting, monitoring, and analyzing logistics data to support decision making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and process effectiveness.
Support daily logistics activities to ensure an efficient flow of materials across the plant.
