Allianz Group is seeking an Associate Director for Insurance Transformation & Delivery Leader to drive large-scale programs across life and P&C. The role blends domain expertise with modern technology, cloud-native platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to shape enterprise-wide change.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and establish governance across geographies, ensuring delivery aligned to regulatory and business priorities while optimizing processes and data

Competenze

Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in insurance
Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders
Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and modern tech stacks
Familiarity with AI agents, IDP, and modern data platforms
Experience with SAFe or Scrum Agile delivery methodologies
Knowledge of API management and microservices patterns

Mansioni

Lead transformation programs across Life and P&C insurance lines from strategy to execution
Drive operations improvement and process re-engineering initiatives
Own end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-wide initiatives
