RGI Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Claims Professional Services to lead our Claims transformation practice in Europe. You will bridge insurance strategy, operations and technology execution, guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward enterprise-scale solutions for complex transformation programmes.

You will engage senior client executives, shape transformation roadmaps, mentor consultants, and drive measurable business outcomes while expanding our Claims offering across the insurance market.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Claims.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Claims processes across Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proven track record leading large Claims transformation or modernisation programmes.
• Experience working with tier-ONE insurers or major insurance software ecosystems.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing senior teams and complex delivery organisations.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution excellence.
• International experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is highly appreciated.
• Fluent English.
