Job summary
Jobgether is seeking an Innovation Lead based in Italy to drive innovation initiatives from early-stage concepts to market readiness. You will own an IP and innovation pipeline, bridging science, technology development, and business opportunities in an international setting.
You will lead cross-functional teams, develop partnerships with universities and tech partners, and shape value propositions, development roadmaps, and commercialization strategies across Europe.
Qualifications
- Academic background in Life Sciences; PhD preferred but not required.
- Experience translating research into commercial opportunities.
- Experience in innovation management, tech transfer, or licensing.
- Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and ability to travel within Europe.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a defined segment of the Innovation and IP pipeline.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned with strategy.
- Translate research into value propositions and roadmaps.
- Lead technology development and applied-service projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance projects to readiness.
- Develop relationships with universities and partners.
- Support licensing and intellectual property commercialization.
- Monitor progress, risks, and next steps.
