Job summary

Antal International Network is seeking to lead the market build for an innovative AI-powered influencer marketing platform in Italy. The role focuses on owning the commercial strategy, partnerships, and local growth with autonomy and visibility to founders and leadership.

You will shape how agencies and brands engage with the product, drive strategic deals and long-term value, and build a local team as the business scales in Italy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the media agency ecosystem with a broad network of decision-makers.
• Proven track record in cultivating strategic client relationships and driving growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust commercial pipeline from prospecting to close of strategic partnerships.
• Own the full client lifecycle, driving retention and expansion opportunities.
• Provide market feedback and insights to leadership and product teams for ongoing development.
• Partner with leadership on commercial strategy, market positioning and growth for Italy.
• Build, mentor and lead a local commercial team as the business grows.
• Establish and expand relationships with media agencies and brand partners.
