Job summary

Evotec is seeking a Senior Vice Principal, Strategic Partnerships. This remote role, located near one of Evotec's sites in the UK, Germany, France, or Italy, will design and secure long-term, innovation-driven alliances with global pharma and biotech partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a forward-looking partnership thesis aligned with market evolution and Evotec's platform priorities.
Design multi-asset alliances with risk-sharing and co-development models.
Structure IP, governance, economics, and milestone frameworks for long-term value.
Lead negotiations with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
Translate scientific strategy into commercially viable deal structures.
Balance risk and capital across a diversified portfolio.
