Job summary

Avio Aero is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Rivalta di Torino site. You will lead industrialization efforts for assigned hardware, develop manufacturing plans, and improve process robustness, quality, cost, and capacity.

You will support design and customer interactions and drive supplier tooling from concept to validation. Ideal candidates hold a master's in engineering (or equivalent) with experience in production/manufacturing, fluent Italian and English, and a valid work visa per

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor with relevant experience.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
• Strong oral and written communication and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset and solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support concurrent engineering activities with design engineers or customers.
• Define tooling/router design effort with external suppliers and AVIO AERO Manufacturing Engineering.
• Drive tooling suppliers from concept to functional test and validation.
• Manage design and process reviews to monitor industrialization plans for assigned P/N.
• Support the first production batch and validate processes per internal procedures.
• Identify processes to optimize and develop best practices and standards.
